Larry N. Waller
Larry N. Waller, 82, of rural Washington County, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington.
The body has been cremated, and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Waller was born Oct. 16, 1933, in rural Cooper County, Missouri, the son of A.F. and Norma (Irwin) Waller. He and his wife, Karen (Tevis) Waller, met in 1981 in Columbia, Missouri, and they married on Sept. 16, 2000, in Washington.
He graduated from New Franklin High School in 1951. He owned and operated Waller Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Kansas City, Missouri. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, playing the guitar and mandolin, and telling stories and jokes.
Surviving are his wife, Karen; three sons, Larry ?Mark? Waller, Paul Waller, and Larry N. Waller Jr.; three daughters, Karen Gebhart and husband John, Mistie Waller, and Christie Waller; two brothers, Kenny Waller and wife Sue, and Bud Waller; three sisters, Betty Yahn, Bonnie Waller, and Janie Waller; one sister-in-law, Mary Waller; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and his mother; one infant daughter, Sharon Waller; two brothers, Albert Waller, and Wilbur Waller; and one sister, Hazel Waller.
