Laura Edith Bell September 26, 1903 - September 21, 2003

Laura Edith Bell, 99, of Buffalo Grove, Ill. died Sept. 21, 2003 at her daughter's home.

      Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 25 at 11 a.m. at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield with the Rev. Jo Hary officiating. Burial will be at the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Thursday prior to the service. A general memorial has been established.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Evelyn Skinner of Ottumwa and Ann Bell and her husband Terry Brazeal of Buffalo Grove, Ill.; one stepson-in-law, Walter Raven of Webster City; five grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Frank Reed, her husbands, one daughter, Mary Burnett Owens and one stepdaughter, Allison Bell Raven.
