Laura Evangeline Loeffler

Laura EvangelineLoeffler, 89, of Keosauqua died at 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

      A service is set for 2 p.m. Sunday at Keosauqua Congregational Church, with the Rev. Harold Schnedler officiating. Burial will be in Purdom Cemetery in Keosauqua.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with family present from 7-8 p.m. Memorials to Keosauqua Congregational Church may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at PO Box 562, Keosauqua 52565.

      Mrs. Loeffler was born Nov. 24, 1916, north of Keosauqua on the McSurely farm, the daughter of Andrew Jackson and Laura Bradley Reddick. She married Darrell Othel Loeffler June 10, 1933, in Memphis, Mo. He died Nov. 24, 2000.
