Laurence W. Gohn
Laurence W. Gohn, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2001, at the First United Methodist Church in Mt.Pleasant with the Rev. Kiboko I. Kiboko officiating. Visitation will be held from noon to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2001, at Weir Funeral Home with the family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Burial with full military honors will be held in Pleasant Hill Cemetery southeast of Mt. Pleasant. A memorial has been established to Henry County Senior Citizens Center or to the donor's choice of charities.
