Lawrence "Larry" Dean White, 63, of Birmingham, passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at the Jefferson County Health Center. Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family and mailed to Sandra Koettel, 1922 Greenwood Dr., Ottumwa, IA 52501.

Larry was born Dec. 26, 1958, in Fairfield to Raymond and Ella (Droz) White. Larry worked at Dexter and was a self-employed mechanic. He loved working on cars. Larry continued to give after death by being an organ donor.

Larry will be missed by his granddaughter, Lana White of Fairfield; sister, Sandra (Andy) Koettel of Ottumwa; and stepbrother, John Dodson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Ella; and one son, David White.
