Ledru D. Kerr
Ledru Dale Kerr, 92, of Danville, died Friday, Jan. 30, at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.
There will be no services at this time. His body has been donated to the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at the University of Iowa. Burial will be at a later date.
A memorial has been established for the Danville School Foundation.
He was born Sept. 28, 1916, near Oakland Mills, the son of Leander and Laura Harmison Kerr. On March 6, 1945, he married Elizabeth Jewett in Dyersburg, Tenn.
