Lee F. Johnson

Lee F. Johnson, 84, of Bloomfield and formerly of Pulaski died July 17, 2000, at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield.

The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 20, at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Kramer Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Pulaski Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 19, with the family present from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Memorials have been established to the Pulaski United Methodist Church and the Stiles Christian Church.

Mr. Johnson was born August 17, 1915, in Stockport, the son of Edwin Victor and Edith McCabe Johnson. He married Francis E. Ensminger on October 14, 1939 in Rockport, Mo.

A resident of Pulaski most of his life, Johnson was a farmer and carpenter and a member of Pulaski United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Fred Johnson, of Ottumwa, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and a sister, Hazel Caldwell.
