Lela E. Hysell

      Lela E. Hysell, 85, of Washington, died Saturday, April 5, 2008, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington following a short illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Julie Poulsen officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday in the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Hysell was born May 4, 1922, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Albert H. and Beulah Ida (Leffler) Coffin. She married Wilbur Hysell on Dec. 23, 1939 in Unionville, Mo.
