Leland E. Schmitt
SHAWNEE, Kan. - Leland E. Schmitt, 72, of Tucson, Ariz., and formerly of Kansas City, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, in Tucson.
Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at Amos Family Chapel in Shawnee, Kan. Private burial will be in Floral Hills East Cemetery in Lee's Summit, Mo. Memorials may be made to the Special Olympics.
