Lena R. Davis Koehn January 6, 1982 - July 11, 2005

      Lena Rae Davis Koehn, 23, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of rural Crawfordsville, died Monday, July 11, 2005, at her home.

      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 14 at Salem Welsh Presbyterian Church, with Pastor James Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Cambrian Cemetery. Following the committal service, there will be a time of food and fellowship for family and friends at the Masonic Temple in Columbus City. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction. A memorial has been established.

            Survivors include her husband; her parents of rural Crawfordsville; a sister, Megan L. Davis of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Emery T. Davis and Skyler B. Davis, both of rural Crawfordsville; and her maternal grandparents, Rowland and Donna Rees of Columbus Junction.

      She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents.
