Leo Wayne Ruegsegger
WELLMAN - Leo Wayne Ruegsegger, 90, of North English, and formerly of Wellman, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, at English Valley Care Center in North English.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman, with the Rev. John Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. Visitation continues through 8 p.m. this evening at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman. Memorials may be directed to Wellman Ambulance Service.
