Leon C. Meeks
Leon C. Meeks, 77, of LaHarpe, Ill., died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2002, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Gregg Pratt officiating. Burial with military rites accorded by the Crawfordsville American Legion will be in Crawfordsville Cemetery in Crawfordsville. Visitation with the family present continues through 8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
