Word has been received of the recent death of Leonard E. Fus of Chicago.
The funeral Mass will be at 8:45 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2001, at St. Symphorosa Church in Chicago. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, and from 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 6, at the Central Funeral Chapel on 6158 South Central Avenue in Chicago. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association at (773) 581-9000.
