Leonard J. 'Polk' Weaver
Leonard J. "Polk" Weaver, 96, of Birmingham, died at 8:50 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2006, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.
A service was held this morning at Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham, with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.
Memorials have been established to the Birmingham Fire Department or Birmingham Public Library.
Raymond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
