Leroy Milton Smith Jr.
Leroy Milton Smith Jr., 47, of West Burlington, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, in the Great River Medical Center emergency room in West Burlington.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Union Baptist Church, with the Rev. Shane McCampbell officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
Family visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the Prugh Funeral Service chapel in Burlington.
A memorial has been established in Mr. Smith's memory.
Mr. Smith was born Feb. 4, 1960, in Fairfield, the son of Leroy and Velma Robinson Smith.
