Lester Nelson McGohan
MT. PLEASANT - Lester Nelson McGohan, 98, of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, June 30, 2008, in Park Place Long Term Care Unit.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today in the First United Methodist church with the Rev. Herb Shafer officiating. A private burial was held prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Great River Hospice of Hillcrest Family Services.
Mr. McGohan was born March 6, 1910, in Henry County, the son of Charles and Eva (Dodds) McGohan. He married Gladys Lucile Gillaspey on Feb. 26, 1939 in Kahoka, Mo.
