Lester Wehrman
Lester Wehrman, 77, of Laurel, died Sunday evening, April 8, 2007, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames.
Visitation and a celebration of his life will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Cremation will follow.
Memorials may be directed to the Iowa River Hospice building fund or Quakerdale. Online condolences may be sent via www.mitchellfh.com.
Mr. Wehrman was born July 27, 1929, at his family's farm, the son of Richard and Nellie Wagner Wehrman. He married Betty Coulter July 27, 1952, at St. John UCC near Haverhill.
