Lillian Bennett May 15, 1913 - February 5, 2004

Lillian Bennett, 90, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of St. Louis, died on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, at Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.

      The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7 at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Jerry Kelly officiating. A graveside committal service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 in Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at the chapel, with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to Park Place Long Term Care Unite of Mt. Pleasant.

Survivors include two sons, Kent Bennett of Mt. Pleasant, and Craig Bennett of St. Louis; three granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
