Lillian Evelyn Westphal, 89, died Saturday, July 14, 2001, at Halcyon House Health Care Center in Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church in Vinton, with the Rev. Rose Blank officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held this evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton. Memorial funds have been established for the American Heart Association and Wesley United Methodist Church.
