Linda K. Kennedy
IOWA CITY - Linda K. Kennedy, 68, of Iowa City died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006 in her home following an extended illness.
Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. today in the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Iowa City with the Rev. Michael Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City. Memorials may be made to the Iowa City Hospice or St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Gay and Ciha Funeral Home in Iowa City handled the arrangements.
Mrs. Kennedy was born Dec. 14, 1937 in Iowa City, the daughter of Frederick and Jessie (Kallaus) Klein. She married Dr. James Kennedy on Oct. 5, 1963 in St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
