Linda Lee Keasling

Linda Lee Keasling, 64, of Brighton, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2011, in the Washington County Hospital emergency room in Washington, Iowa.

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Church of God in Brighton, with the Rev. Ryan Meader officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.

Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County and Brighton Volunteer First Responders. Memorials may be left at the funeral home or church or may be mailed to the family at 304 S. Harrison St., Brighton.

Mrs. Keasling was born Sept. 25, 1947, in Brighton, the daughter of Robert Lee and Gertrude Morgan Wallace. She married Harold Keasling Jr. Dec. 9, 1994, in Brighton. He died Sept. 25, 2010.

Survivors include one son, Robert Pfeiffer of Brighton; one daughter, Francine ?Cenie? Pfeiffer of Brighton; one stepson, Harold G. Keasling III, now known as Ace Essary, and wife Linda of Fairfield; one stepdaughter, Theresa Smith of Moberly, Mo.; two grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; and one sister, Karen Vilmont of Parkview.
