Lisa Jo Harris, 57, of East Pleasant Plain, died early Thursday, January 9, 2025, following a brief illness. She was born August 3, 1967, in Fairfield, the daughter of Lon Paul and Janice Kay Chezum Giberson. Lisa grew up in the Fairfield area and graduated from Fairfield High School in 1985.She later graduated from Indian Hills Community College as a Registered Nurse. She married Jeff Harris and they later divorced. She married Melvin Snow on April 3, 2007. Lisa worked as a nurse and became Director of Nursing at Parkview Care center in Fairfield and at Washington Care Center in Washington.

She is survived by her husband Melvin, her mother Janice Ledger and stepfather Virgil, her children: Ashley Schultz (Trevor) of Richland, Kyle Harris of Libertyville, grandchildren: Christopher and Mackinlee Schultz, stepmother Karen Giberson of Ottumwa, brothers and sisters: Lonna Giberson (Dan Lane) of East Pleasant Plain, Janie Giberson of Birmingham, James Giberson (Tara) of North liberty, Angela, Paula, Crystal and Virginia Giberson all of Ottumwa, Greg Ledger (Sarah) of Germanville and Phil Ledger of Ollie and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her father, sister Pam Ledger, brothers: Jason Giberson and Lon Paul Giberson, Jr.

Funeral services will be held later. Gould Funeral Home of Brighton is assisting the family.
