Lloyd K. McKay

      RICHLAND - Lloyd K. McKay, 87, formerly of Packwood, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, in the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in the Packwood Christian Church with the Rev. Harlan Van Voorst and the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Packwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the church where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the church or to Packwood First Responders. Gould Funeral Home in Richland is in charge of the arrangements.

      Mr. McKay was born Aug. 10, 1920, north of Brighton, the son of Charles C. and Grace (Hopping) McKay. He married Genevieve (Jenny) Hixson on Dec. 30, 1948, in Ainsworth. She died June 1, 2006.
