Lloyd Lee Moran

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Lloyd Lee Moran, 90, of Columbus Junction, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, in his home.

      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, in the Columbus Junction United Methodist Church with the Rev. Catherine Whitlatch officiating. Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Columbus Junction American Legion Post No. 100. Following the service there will be a time of food and fellowship held at the Columbus Junction American Legion. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction, with a 7 p.m. Masonic service. A memorial fund has been established.

      Mr. Moran was born Aug. 12, 1917, in Washington, the son of Warnie Lee and Ocie Mae (McFarland) Moran. He married Evelyn Irene Diller on Dec. 31, 1938, in Muscatine.
