Lois Irene Benda
Lois Irene Benda, 91, of Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003, at the McCreedy Home in Washington, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington, with the Rev. M. Eugene Benda and the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in East Pleasant Plain. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and prayer services will be held at 8 p.m.
