Lois Irene Benda
Lois Irene Benda, 91, Washington, died Sunday evening, Jan. 19, 2003, at the M.L. McCreedy Home, after an extended period of declining health.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23 at St. James Catholic Church in Washington, with the Revs. M. Eugene Benda and Dennis Martin officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at East Pleasant Plain. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A prayer service will be at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
