Lois M. Miller

KALONA - Lois M. Miller, 81, of Kalona, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008, in the Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a long illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 31, in the Wellman Mennonite Church in Wellman with the Rev. Marvin Hostetler and the Rev. David Yoder officiating. Burial will be held prior to the service at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Wellman Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona, where the family will greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Pleasantview Home.

Mrs. Miller was born June 16, 1926, in Washington County near Wellman, the daughter of Enos and Amy (Hershberger) Steckly. She married Willis R. Miller on Dec. 28, 1950, in Wellman.
