Lois Mapel
Lois Gretchen Wagner Mapel, 89, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005 at the Henry County Health Center.
The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, at the Danville United Methodist Church. Pastor Robert Patton will be officiating. According to her wishes, Mrs. Mapel has been cremated. Burial will be at the Jaggar Cemetery, Danville. Visitation will be at the Danville United Methodist Church Dec. 21 from 2pm to 3 p.m.
Mrs. Mapel was born Jan. 11, 1916 in Danville, daughter of Arthur Martin and Gretchen Winnie (Anderson).
