Lola I. Hayworth

Lola I. Hayworth, 84, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 1:15 p.m. April 6, 2006, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      A service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Ed Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.

      Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, with family present from 6-8 p.m.

      A memorial has been established to Hospice of Central Iowa, 204 S. Jefferson St., Suite 103, Mount Pleasant, 52641-2161.

      Mrs. Hayworth was born Aug. 17, 1921, in Pulaski, the daughter of Emery and Dora Loney Melton. She married Delbert Hayworth in February of 1942. He preceded her in death Dec. 12, 1965.
