Lorene Lange

      MUSCATINE - Lorene Lange, 83, of Muscatine, died Sunday, May 25, 2008, at Valley View Manor.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, in the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Muscatine with Don Cook and Richard Paris officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the First Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Iowa City Hospice or the American Cancer Society.

      Mrs. Lange was born Oct. 30, 1924, in Vine Grove, Ky., the daughter of Theodore and Anna (Hackett) Paris. She married Richard F. "Dick" Lange on Feb. 16, 1944 in Manhattan, Kan.
