Lori Gail Hibbets, 58, of Packwood, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022, at

the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Behner Funeral Home.

Lori was born November 30, 1963, in Ottumwa, Iowa, to Edward James and Barbara JoAnn (Cain) Bennett. She married Forest Hibbets on August 2, 2002, and he passed away October 12, 2015.

Lori lived most of her life in the community. She was an avid cleaner and started her own cleaning business, which she did for several years. Lori also was very crafty and enjoyed gardening. She loved her family and animals. Lori looked forward to spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

Lori will be missed by her children, Erika King of Ottumwa, Aaron King of Richland and Christopher Bachman of Bloomfield; 10 grandchildren; mother, Barbara Bennett of Odessa, TX; siblings, Debbie Hintz and Linda Wright, both of Odessa, TX, Cindy Roche of Ottumwa and Angela Shepard of Crawfordsville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Bennett; husband, Forest Hibbets; and son, Josh Bachman.
