Louis Willard Larsen

      Louis Willard Larsen, 94, of Washington, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, at the United Presbyterian Home following a brief period of declining health.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grover Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorials have been established to United Presbyterian Church or the United Presbyterian Home.

      Mr. Larsen was born July 5, 1914, in Minden, Neb., the son of David and Eva Lorilla (Kanouse) Larsen. He married Maurine Walker on May 27, 1943, in Washington.
