Lowell Delbert Burden
MT. PLEASANT - Lowell Delbert Burden, 74, of rural Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
A funeral mass was held today at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Nick Adam officiating. Burial was in St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Memorials have been established for the Midwest Old Threshers, the American Cancer Society and the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
