Lowell M. Smith
Lowell M. Smith, 82, of Richmond, Va., died Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, in Richmond.
A memorial service was held at River Road Presbyterian Church in Richmond.
Mr. Smith was born March 12, 1924, in Linby, the son of L. C. "Sam" and Blanche Craig Smith.
