Lucile Bernice Hining

      Lucile Bernice Hining, 87, formerly of Fairfield, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, at Arbor Court in Mount Pleasant.

      A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Monte Knudsen officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Fairfield.

      Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

      Mrs. Hining was born Aug. 24, 1920, in Lick Creek Township in Van Buren County, the daughter of Charles M. and Merle H. Johnson Lewis. She married Glendon Lorain Hining April 11, 1942, in Princeton, Mo. He died Sept. 4, 1987.
