Lucile R. Wolfe

      Lucile R. Wolfe, 85, of Mount Pleasant, formerly of Germanville, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

      A service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hope Lutheran Church in Germanville. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

      Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Murphy Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, where the family will be present from 6:30-8 p.m.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Lutheran Church.

      Mrs. Wolfe was born Feb. 27, 1922, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Irven and Ethel Messenger Stortz. She married John H. Wolfe June 24, 1945, at the Stortz home in rural Germanville. He died in 2004.
