Lucille A. Carson

      Lucille A. Carson, 92, of Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, at Halcyon House in Washington, following a brief illness.

      Celebration of Life services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Dennis Fox officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon to 5 p.m., Tuesday evening. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday morning. Memorials have been established for United Methodist Church or for Parkinson's research.

      Mrs. Carson was born on March 14, 1913, to Daniel and Emma L. (Dale) Jacobson in Gilbert. She married W. Thomas Carson on June 15, 1938, in Gilbert. He preceded her in death in 1977.
