Lucille E. Noel, 87, of New London, died on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Elliot Chapel in New London, with Pastor Dot Hasler officiating. Burial will be in the Burge Cemetery in New London. Visitation will begin at noon on Friday at the chapel, with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m.
