Lucille E. Noel
Lucille E. Noel, 87, of New London, died on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, at the Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Dot Hasler officiating. Burial will be in the Burge Cemetery in New London. Friends may call after noon on Friday at the Elliot Chapel, where family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. A memorial has been made to the United Methodist Church in New London.
