Lucyle Baughman December 10, 1926 - July 13, 2003

Lucyle Baughman, 76, of West Burlington, formerly of Galesburg, Ill., died at 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2003, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

      The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 19 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel, with Dean Mathews officiating. Burial will be in Yates City Cemetery in Yates City, Ill. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 18 at the chapel. Memorials have been established for the Covenant Church and the family.

      Survivors include a son, Raymond Baughman of Galesburg; two daughters, Linda Mason of Las Vegas, and Connie Sims of New London; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; seven sisters, Alice White and Marilyn Smith, both of Galesburg, Pat Smead of Palatine, Ill., Arlene Rossell of Prescott, Ariz., Barbara Greene of Boise, Idaho, Helen Timmons of Peoria, Ill., and Joan Truman of Bettendorf.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son, a brother and a sister.
