Luella M. Yoder

KALONA ? Luella M. Yoder, 86, of Kalona, died Monday, July 12, 2010, in Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a battle with cancer.

    Celebration of life services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 16, at the Upper Deer Creek Mennonite Church in rural Wellman with the Rev. Elmer Miller officiating.  Burial will be in the South Gingerich Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona.  A memorial fund has been established for the Upper Deer Creek Mennonite Church, Hospice of Washington County and the South Gingerich Cemetery Fund.

    Miss Yoder was born March 22, 1924, in rural Kalona, the daughter of Mose P. and Anna (Yoder) Yoder.
