Luetta 'Lou' Roe

      Luetta "Lou" Roe, 91, of Washington, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington following declining health.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 19, in the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Julie Poulsen officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday in the Beatty Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.

      Mrs. Roe was born Nov. 20, 1916, in West Liberty, the daughter of David and Bertha (Ripley) Misel. She married Robert A. Roe on July 3, 1940 in Washington.
