Lulu Elizabeth Roth

      WAYLAND - Lulu Elizabeth Roth, 96, of Wayland, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, at Parkview Home in Wayland, following declining health.

      Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at Sugar Creek Mennonite Church, with the Rev. Nathan Luitjens officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Saturday at the church, with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m. Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland is assisting with arrangements. Memorials have been established for Crooked Creek Christian Camp or the Parkview Home expansion project.

      Mrs. Roth was born Feb. 8, 1909, near Wayland, to Menno and Mary (Oswald) Freyenberger. She married Lloyd Ira Roth on Dec. 17, 1931.
