Luther L. 'Butch' Dillavou
Luther L. "Butch" Dillavou, 65, of Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital after declining in health for the past 10 months.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Dillavou was born July 20, 1942, in Burlington, the son of Luther C. and Dorothy Mae (Sietz) Dillavou. He married Elizabeth G. Simmons on Dec. 4, 1967, in East Moline, Ill.
