Luther L. 'Butch' Dillavou

      Luther L. "Butch" Dillavou, 65, of Washington, Iowa, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008, at Washington County Hospital.

      A celebration of life service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment will be in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.

      Visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 2-4 p.m.

      A general memorial has been established.

      Mr. Dillavou was born July 20, 1942, in Burlington, the son of Luther C. and Dorothy Mae Sietz Dillavou. He married Elizabeth G. Simmons Dec. 4, 1967, in East Moline, Ill.
