Lydia Swantz
KALONA - Lydia Swantz, 91, of Kalona, died Friday, May 23, 2008, in her home following a brief illness.
Funeral services were at 1 p.m. today in the John Harvey Swantz residence today with Vernon Yoder officiating. Burial was in South Gingerich cemetery.
Mrs. Swantz was born Feb. 21, 1917, in Exeland, Wis., the daughter of Harvey and Anna (Miller) Bender. She married Lester Swantz in Kalona on Dec. 14, 1941.
