Lyle D. 'Smokey' Drollinger
KALONA - Lyle D. "Smokey" Drollinger, 82, of Iowa City, died Monday, June 27, 2005.
Celebration of Life services will be held Thursday, June 30, at 10 a.m. at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Lynn Branchinni officiating. Family visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Drollinger was born on Jan. 8, 1923 in Essex to Charles and Gladys (Croy) Drollinger. He married Verla Becker on Dec. 16, 1995.
