Mabel Demetria Conner
Mabel Demetria Conner, 81, of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, April 25, 2002, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Dennis Kuhns, pastor of the Green Mound Church of God officiating. Visitation will begin at noon on Tuesday, April 30 with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. The body will be cremated after the services, according to her wishes. A memorial has been established to the local chapter of AARP.
