Mabel L. Dunbar

      Mabel L. Dunbar, 93, of Washington, died Saturday, March 26, 2005, at Halcyon House in Washington.

      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2005, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Daniel J. Odean officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Friday at the funeral home, where family will receive friends from 3 until 7, Friday evening. Interment will take place in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Washington. Memorials have been established for Halcyon House and Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Dunbar was born on Dec. 9, 1911, in rural Washington, to Fred and Maye (Stiles) Telford. She married Cloyce R. Dunbar on March 17, 1934, in Sigourney.
