Madeline Ruth VanLantschoot
Madeline Ruth VanLantschoot, 96, of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the Jefferson County Hospital Living Care Center.
Following her wishes, her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church building fund or Fairfield Concert Association and may be sent to 207-B Southgate Circle, Fairfield, IA 52556.
Arrangements are in the care of Behner Funeral Home and Crematory.
